Book Review: United We Spy by Ally Carter

United We Spy
Author: Ally Carter
Series: Gallagher Girls, Book 6
Publication: Disney-Hyperion (September 17, 2013)

Description: Cammie Morgan has lost her father and her memory, but in the heart-pounding conclusion to the best-selling Gallagher Girls series, she finds her greatest mission yet. Cammie and her friends finally know why the terrorist organization called the Circle of Cavan has been hunting her. Now the spy girls and Zach must track down the Circle's elite members to stop them before they implement a master plan that will change Cammie-and her country-forever.

Get ready for the Gallagher Girls' most astounding adventure yet as Ally Carter's New York Times best-selling series comes to breathtaking conclusion that will have readers racing to the last page.

My Thoughts: The Gallagher Girls series comes to a satisfying conclusion in UNITED WE SPY. It was filled with action, danger, daring deeds, and the quirky teenage narration of Cammie Morgan. While the adults want to keep Cammie and her friends safe and out of danger, danger comes looking for them.

The adults are busy trying to track down the members of the Circle of Cavan before they can accomplish their dastardly plot. But it takes the Gallagher Girls, especially Liz, to figure out what the dastardly plot actually is. And they are the ones who task themselves with saving their friend Preston even though his father is one of the elite members of the Circle.

Zach has to deal with the fact that his mother is the one who has been targeting Cammie and is a member of the Circle herself. Cammie has to deal with the fact the Zach's mother was a Gallagher Girl gone wrong.

This story is action packed and exciting but it is also about the sisterhood that the girls have learned in their years at the Gallagher Academy. The story takes place in the last semester before Graduation and has all of the girls thinking about what will come next.

I highly recommend this amazing series to readers who want adventure, intrigue, danger and romance. It was a fun ride!

Favorite Quote:
There comes a time in every spy's life when you don't have the luxury of caring. Emotion is a rarity, a commodity so precious that you have to dole it out in special, secret batches. Agent Edwards had passed that point. This was a place for people who had to be immune to what they did, to what it meant. And I didn't know if the chill inside the prison came from being underground or from the cold hearts of the people who filled it.
I bought this one. You can buy your copy here.
