The weekly In My Mailbox post is hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren. It is fun to see what everyone else gets in their mailboxes, shopping bags, and library visits. Click on the link to The Story Siren's site to see the rules and join in the fun.
I guarantee that your TBR pile will grow when you see all the wonderful books everyone gets. You will discover lots of great blogs and lots of books that you won't be able to live without.
This week four books followed me home.
That's my mailbox (and shopping bag). What did you get in yours?

This week four books followed me home.
I had to get If I Die by Rachel Vincent because it is the latest in her Soul Screamers' series. I have enjoyed all the books so far and look forward to this one too.
The Name of the Star by Maureen Johnson had a blurb that intrigued me. It is a boarding school story. It is a thriller. It has ghosts. I needed it.
Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins hit my radar because of how much I enjoyed Anna and the French Kiss. I don't read a lot of contemporary young adult romance but it looks like I will be making an exception for Stephanie Perkins.
Goliath by Scott Westerfeld in the concluding novel in the Leviathan trilogy. I attended a signing last weekend and now have an autographed copy of all the books. (Now I just have to find the time to actually read them.)

Great mailbox! The Name of The Star is high on my wishlist :) Enjoy your books this week!
ReplyDeleteI have to pick up Goliath for my library, but I've yet to read Leviathan. I can't wait for The Name of the Star. It sounds so intriguing and I adore the cover.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy.

I got If I Die too!! So can't wait to read it! Can't wait for your review of Name of the Star either! I can't decide if I want to read that one or not! It was on Netgalley but only for Aussie reviewers :(
ReplyDeleteHappy Reading!

Have a GREAT day!

I'm really looking forward to reading Lola! I got it this week too.
ReplyDeleteI still haven't read Leviathan. I guess I better get started! I sort of want to read If I Die. I really liked the Soul Screamers when it started out but couldn't get into the last book and was disappointed by Nash in the book before. I hope you enjoy these and I will be looking forward to your reviews.
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited to read Lola!! I have that one this week too :) Happy reading!!

Leviathan trilogy is really excellent. One of my favorites -- each book gets better. So unique, creative, and entertaining! You should move them up your list!
ReplyDeleteI'm a sucker for any book with "boy next door" in the title, and always need more romance books. I'll definitely take a look!
